Our client is a recognised player in the watchmaking and microtechnology industry of the Bernese Jura, committed to the development and production of high-quality components. Focused on innovation and continuous improvement, the company is strengthening its production line and is looking for its future:

Your responsibilities:

• Manufacture and sharpen complex cutting tools on EWAG WS11 machines
• Carry out adjustments and ensure the conformity of manufactured tools
• Control the quality of tools and guarantee their performance
• Mount tools on blocks
• Organise, identify and manage tool storage
• Ensure tool availability for production
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and processes

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, micromechanic, precision mechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of EWAG tool grinders
• Good reading of technical drawings
• Methodical, rigorous and autonomous
• Organisational and quality awareness
• Team spirit and proactive attitude
