Following the expansion and modernisation of our establishment, La Castalie in Monthey is recruiting as soon as possible for its HR department, an
100% HR Assistant
6-month fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover, with prospect of permanent position
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure administrative management and monitoring of personnel files (decisions, work certificates, etc.)
- Administrative follow-up of absenteeism
- Support managers in organising and monitoring the onboarding of new employees as well as in any human resources-related matters
- Participate in the recruitment process (advertising, sorting applications, organising interviews)
- Provide support and guidance to employees and respond to their routine questions
- Manage the overall administration of continuing and institutional training
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and participate in various tasks of the human resources department
Key requirements for the position:
- Commercial employee CFC complemented by a human resources manager certificate
- Proven experience in an HR assistant role, ideally in the public sector (knowledge of public law)
- Excellent writing skills and mastery of French
- Good interpersonal skills, service orientation and collegiality
- Organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and adaptability
