Network Electrician – Infrastructure Manager
Reporting to the Head of the Network Service, you autonomously manage the operation and sustainability of a robust HV/MV/LV electrical network and supervise a team of four experienced staff (geomaticians and project managers) to whom you provide structure, monitoring, and support. You participate in defining the network evolution strategy and preparing infrastructures to meet the challenges of the energy transition.
Main tasks
- Supervise, support, and develop a small experienced team
- Define HV, MV, LV operational concepts and ensure their implementation
- Manage network projects and prepare ESTI files, from planning to closure
- Implement an asset master plan and develop the needs of the GIS
- Oversee connections: opening files, planning, and monitoring worksites
- Manage procurement, material stock, and workplace safety
Your profile
- Training as a network electrician with a federal certificate; federal diploma is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical network project management; managerial experience is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in professional software and planning tools
- Strong leadership, team spirit, kindness, excellent listening and communication skills
- Organised, methodical, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written
- Valid driving licence
