Role:

Modern workplaces do not arise by themselves. This is where you come in as an Azure & Microsoft 365 Engineer, connecting cloud, security, and classic infrastructure into coherent solutions. Technically, much revolves around Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. You accompany your projects from the initial analysis to go-live. You are in demand with your customers and actively shape their IT.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for projects around modern workplace, cloud, security, and infrastructure from planning to implementation.

• During customer onboardings, operational takeovers, and modernisations, you record the current state, analyse the environment, and document everything comprehensibly.

• Additionally, you operate and further develop Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security in the M365 environment.

• You migrate customer systems to hybrid or pure cloud platforms and modernise clients with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Furthermore, you support Windows Server and Active Directory and drive network, backup, and security projects forward.

• You are also the point of contact for complex cases in 2nd and 3rd level support and directly support new and existing customers on site.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of practical experience in engineering Microsoft systems.

• You know Microsoft cloud services, Entra ID, and Azure in depth and are confident working with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.

• Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, or Microsoft Security is desirable. Experience with server and storage hardware, network components, firewalls from Fortinet or Sophos, and backup with Veeam rounds off your profile.

• Project experience at an IT service provider is an advantage. Analysing infrastructures and documenting them clearly is part of your craft.

• You work independently, keep an overview even in daily project work, and find pragmatic solutions.

• You also appreciate direct customer contact on the go and hold a category B driving licence.
