Digital administration, modern services, and sustainable solutions for citizens and organisations are the focus of this role. We are looking for an experienced project professional who manages complex digitalisation projects, connects various stakeholders, and successfully implements innovative e-government solutions.
Responsibilities:
Planning and managing demanding digitalisation and e-government projects from concept to successful implementation
Responsibility for several parallel projects with different objectives
Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating various stakeholder groups
Developing and implementing modern project strategies in the field of public services
Ensuring quality, deadlines, budget, and project results
Conducting risk analyses and actively managing changes within organisations
Managing requirements between administration, municipalities, specialist departments, and external partners
Applying modern project management methods and structured procedural models
Preparing decision-making bases, status reports, and project documentation
Supporting tenders and procurement processes in the digital environment
Qualifications:
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Experience in leading complex IT or digitalisation projects
Knowledge of HERMES or comparable project management methods
Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and quality management
Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards various stakeholder groups
Experience in public administration, authorities, or regulated organisations is an advantage
Interest in digitalisation, administrative processes, and modern IT solutions
