Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management of real estate accounting, including rental administration and service charge statements.
- Recording and booking of income, expenses and investments related to real estate.
- Management of real estate budgets and accounts.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for real estate.
- Collaboration with auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements in the real estate sector.
- Communication with tenants, owners and service providers on financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Sound understanding of real estate financing and laws.
- Confident use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills and team orientation.
- German and English skills, both spoken and written.
