First point of contact for employees regarding disruptions, questions, and change requests (phone, email, ticket system)
1st and 2nd level support for software and hardware issues
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripheral devices
Manage user accounts and access rights, ensuring security and efficiency
Record support cases and solutions, follow up and maintain knowledge base
Participate in IT projects and improve IT systems
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent several years of experience
Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace tools
Further training in operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) and office applications
Fluent German, technical English spoken and written
