Technical Consultant - After-Sales - Oil/Gas (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active industrial company in the field of technical systems for energy and building technology. The company develops and produces solutions for various industrial and commercial applications and operates in several international markets.
Technical competence, quality, and continuous development characterise the company. You can expect a professional, internationally oriented environment with diverse tasks and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- You support our customers and field service technicians with your technical expertise on all technical questions related to oil and gas
- You advise customers in writing and by phone and act as an internal contact person
- You prepare and process repairs, spare parts orders, and quotations
- You accompany and manage field operations
- You create technical information materials
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a heating/electrical installer or a related HVAC basic training
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable position
- You are communicative, flexible, and service-oriented
- You enjoy passing on your expertise to customers and service technicians
- You are IT-savvy and have good MS Office skills
- You have very good German language skills; French is an advantage
