Senior Azure & M365 Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
This position focuses on the planning, implementation and further development of modern Microsoft cloud and workplace environments. The scope of tasks includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID as well as cloud migrations, security, automation and the ongoing optimisation of existing environments.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of cloud migration projects with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure
Planning, implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Provision and support of Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services
Analysis of requirements and development of suitable solution concepts
Monitoring and analysis of disruptions as well as optimisation of M365 and Azure environments
Implementation of cloud security and compliance measures
Automation and optimisation of workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools
Technical documentation of configurations, changes and processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience
Ideally higher vocational education in the ICT field, for example HF or FH
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune
Experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID as well as security and compliance topics such as Conditional Access and MFA
Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages
Ideally knowledge of third-party systems and integrations in the M365/Azure environment
Several years of experience in analysing ICT environments, solution design and ICT projects
Strong communication and customer orientation
