Role:
Due to an internal change, a key position in the Customer Service & Export department is being newly filled. In addition to supporting international customers and independently handling orders, you will act as deputy to the department head, taking on additional responsibility in day-to-day operations. The role combines operational work with coordination tasks and offers you the opportunity to actively apply your export knowledge and customer service experience. You can expect thorough training, a lot of personal responsibility and attractive development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You support international customers as a direct contact person, handle their concerns independently and solution-oriented, and coordinate these in the absence of the team leader
You coordinate customer orders from placement to on-time delivery
You organise shipping and delivery processes and liaise with sales, field service, logistics and other departments
You handle complaints and ensure professional and customer-oriented problem resolution
You assist with export-related queries and ensure smooth international order processing
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in export or foreign trade or willingness to undertake relevant further training and interest in knowledge transfer
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Communicative personality with an independent, structured and reliable working style
Enjoy working with international customers and various internal departments
