Architect Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Architect: Execution Planning for the planning and constructive processing of demanding architectural projects. The focus is on project and execution planning, the development of technically sound detailed solutions, as well as coordination with specialist planners and other project participants. Planning is primarily carried out with Vectorworks in 2D and 3D and may also include BIM-based working methods depending on the project. We are looking for a professional with Swiss project experience and a solid understanding of construction, materials, and execution details.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in project and execution planning
Creating precise working, execution, and detail plans with Vectorworks
Developing and elaborating constructive detail and connection solutions
Creating and maintaining 2D and 3D models and collaborating in BIM planning
Coordinating and integrating planning bases from structural engineers, building services, and other specialist planners
Aligning execution planning with contractors, suppliers, and project participants
Reviewing and integrating contractor and workshop plans into the overall planning
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Preparing and compiling planning, presentation, and project documentation
Using the Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic project materials and presentations
Supporting visualisations and renderings as well as digital project communication
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at ETH, FH or university level or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland in project and execution planning
Very good knowledge of Vectorworks 2D/3D or comparable CAD/BIM software
Knowledge of BIM and 3D modelling is an advantage
Good user skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365
Experience with rendering and visualisation software is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
