Export & Logistics Administration Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss company in the high-tech and aerospace sector. Role:
We are looking for an experienced specialist in international logistics, import/export and customs. You coordinate transports, monitor stocks and material flows, and work closely with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of national and international transports
Handling of import, export and customs matters
Maintenance of customs tariff numbers and logistics data in the ERP system
Monitoring of stocks, inventories and material flows
Collaboration with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal departments
Control of freight costs and logistics KPIs
Participation in process optimisations and logistics projects
Deputising in goods receipt and warehouse as needed
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in logistics, import/export or freight forwarding
Further training in export, foreign trade, customs, freight forwarding or transport is an advantage
Good knowledge of customs clearance, tariff classification and international transports
Experience with warehouse, stock and material flow processes
Knowledge of Incoterms and relevant shipping documents
Confident use of ERP systems
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills
