IT Infrastructure & Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement system architectures in collaboration with internal and external partners
Manage Microsoft 365, including PowerShell automations according to global guidelines
Provide and support end devices (notebooks, thin clients, mobile devices)
Provide 1st-3rd level support for on-premises and cloud systems
Troubleshoot Citrix issues and migrate to Azure Virtual Desktop including RemoteApps
Plan and implement rollouts with Intune
Document technical requirements and contribute to solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education
Confident in M365 administration including PowerShell, with experience in Azure Virtual Desktop and RemoteApps
Practical experience in firewall management (SonicWall), network technology and cabling
Familiar with service management and ticketing systems
Very good German and English skills
