Responsibilities:
- You work on the further development of BIM standards, define the digital roadmap together with colleagues, and actively shape the IT system landscape as well as the data architecture
- You manage and support BIM processes from the design to the execution phase in close collaboration with the project teams
- You coordinate internal and external BIM models and ensure their quality and consistency
- You support the introduction of new BIM processes and applications and conduct internal training sessions to share best practices
Qualifications:
- You come from civil engineering and have solid BIM experience
- Profound knowledge of common BIM tools and technologies (e.g. Allplan, Revit, etc.)
- You have an understanding of BIM workflows in different project phases and the ability to optimise complex digital processes
- The ability to work interdisciplinarily and to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
