For our Services & Finance Coordination team in the Finance Directorate, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. In this versatile role, you will take on a central position at the interface between revenue management and the supported clinics, assisting them with questions regarding service recording, documentation, invoicing, and cost assurance.

Your main tasks
Service recording and service controlling
Rejections and cost bearers
Depot and cost assurance
Consultation and collaboration with the clinics
Process optimisation and projects
- You coordinate queries regarding service recording and documentation in the context of invoicing with the supported clinics
- You ensure complete, timely, and accurate service recording as well as effective service controlling
- You advise and train medical staff and nursing on questions of service recording and the associated processes
- You analyse clinic-relevant issues and support the clinics in defining and implementing measures to improve results
Rejections and cost bearers
- You ensure efficient and comprehensible processing of rejections and queries related to service recording
- You clarify critical cases related to services and documentation with guarantors or cost bearers
- You support the clinics with tariff and administrative questions related to invoicing
Depot and cost assurance
- You manage the depots and prepare as well as calculate cost estimates
- You coordinate collaboration in inpatient disposition and cost assurance in the supported clinics
- In special cases, you coordinate closely with the social service, especially regarding questions about therapies, their financing, and ethical issues
Consultation and collaboration with the clinics
- You are the central contact person for the supported clinics on administrative and service-related questions
- You support the clinics with special questions and administrative bottlenecks
- You work closely with various internal stakeholders and ensure constructive information and knowledge transfer
Process optimisation and projects
- You identify optimisation potentials in processes around service recording, documentation, and invoicing and contribute to their implementation
- You coordinate pilot trials within the framework of process, directive, or responsibility adjustments by revenue management
- You lead projects or actively participate in projects
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or (para-)medical basic training; further education at tertiary level is an advantage
- You have solid knowledge of outpatient and inpatient tariff systems for acute somatic service providers, especially TARDOC/TARMED and SwissDRG
- You have sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system, especially KVG/KVV
- You bring at least five years of professional experience with an acute somatic service provider in Switzerland
- You have a strong understanding of the interrelations between service recording, documentation, invoicing, and revenue management
- You work analytically, structured, precisely, and solution-oriented and have a high service orientation
- You communicate confidently and appropriately with different professional groups and can convey complex issues clearly
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional national languages are desirable
- You are a committed, responsible, and resilient personality with enthusiasm for a versatile interface function
