What you can achieve

• You prioritise according to the needs of our gastronomy customers.
• With your strong communication skills, you effortlessly advise our Food Service Hotline customers in German and French.
• The administrative management of special offers, contracts, rebates, control of ice cream cards and creation of statistics falls within your area of responsibility.
• You are the first point of contact for all questions for our Food Service sales consultants.
• You process sponsorship orders and maintain professional contact with our internal as well as external customers.
• You are responsible for the management of freezers, merchandising and visibility materials for gastro-specific concepts of Emmi Food Service.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial basic education and bring professional experience.
• You have further training in sales, marketing or gastronomy.
• You impress us with your very good MS Office skills and speak German and French at a very good level.
• You are creative, have a strong food affinity and a good eye for detail.
• You are characterised by a very high attention to detail, quick comprehension and a high degree of personal responsibility. As an organisational talent, you love the challenge of mastering complex tasks.
• You are ideally able to divide the workload as follows: Tue: full day Wed - Fri 8.30 -11.30 am.
