Senior Endpoint & Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer who is responsible for modern endpoint technologies and actively shapes the further development of a cloud-oriented workplace environment. You combine solid experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM with a strong interest in automation and standardised IT processes.
You work closely with support teams, specialist departments, and international project groups. In addition to operational workplace management, you take responsibility for technical standards, process optimisation, and the implementation of overarching workplace initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Operation and optimisation of endpoint management solutions based on Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Further development of Windows Autopilot and support of the migration to cloud-based workplace management
Technical support for the support organisation on demanding workplace topics
Translation of overarching IT requirements into regional standards and sustainable operational processes
Development of best practices and automation of recurring workplace processes
Participation in international IT projects and technical initiatives around the modern workplace
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or comparable higher qualification
Several years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management, especially with Intune and SCCM
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and modern cloud workplace concepts
Experience in automating IT processes
Strong communication skills and confidence in presentations and technical reporting
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of international collaboration and willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Very good German skills and good English skills
