Head of Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge and want to apply your knowledge and skills in finance and accounting? As Head of Accounting (m/f/d), you will have a varied and responsible position in a dynamic environment. Become part of our Rocken partner's team and actively contribute to the company’s success!
Responsibilities:
- Management of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting for multiple companies
- Monitoring cash management and payment processes
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- VAT accounting and ensuring legal compliance
- Budgeting, reporting and cost control
- Participation in projects and taking on additional commercial tasks
- Optimisation of internal processes and introduction of new financial software
Qualifications:
- Completed training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services, ideally with a federal professional certificate
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a leadership position
- Solid MS Office skills and ideally experience with Sage software
- Structured, precise and organised working style
- Open and communicative personality who enjoys working in a team
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
