Senior System Engineer - Infrastructure & Customer Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently lead IT projects - from the initial customer inquiry to successful implementation, always in close collaboration with our customers.
You plan and design modern, future-proof digital work environments for different customer groups.
You develop and implement customised solutions in the areas of servers, cloud, IT security, networking, virtualisation, and storage.
You carry out installations, configurations, and maintenance measures for hardware and software components.
You provide long-term support to our customers and competently advise them on optimising their IT infrastructure.
You are the central point of contact for all matters concerning IT infrastructure and assist with quick and efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or hold a qualification in computer science or a related field.
You possess solid know-how in IT infrastructure, server technologies, networks, and security solutions.
You bring practical experience with cloud solutions, virtualisation platforms, and scripting languages.
You have already worked in an IT service company or as a system engineer within a company.
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
