Varied infrastructure projects, modern Microsoft technologies, and direct client contact characterise this role. You accompany IT solutions from planning through migration to stable operation and support companies in setting up their IT landscape reliably and with a future focus.
Responsibilities:
You plan and implement demanding IT infrastructure projects for SMEs together with project managers
You design, migrate, and operate Microsoft 365 environments and further develop existing solutions as needed
You analyse technical requirements and develop suitable solutions for individual client needs
You act as the technical contact person for clients and support them with questions regarding their IT infrastructure
You create technical concepts, document configurations clearly, and record the implemented projects
You analyse complex faults and take on tasks in 3rd-level support
You participate in the internal on-call organisation and support reliable IT operations as needed
You contribute your experience to continuously improve the quality of solutions and collaboration with clients
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience as a (Microsoft) System Engineer
You have solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment, especially in planning and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
Certifications in Microsoft, VMware or Fortinet are a plus
You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues and value teamwork
You hold a category B driving licence
You speak very good German and have good English skills
