Microsoft 365 Solution Consultant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 128,000Role:
Digital communication and collaboration are continuously evolving. In this role, the focus is on actively shaping changes and successfully implementing modern working environments with Microsoft 365.
The role combines consulting, project responsibility, and the further development of digital communication and collaboration solutions. There is the opportunity to take responsibility for your own topics, accompany customers at specialist and decision-making levels, and contribute your knowledge within the team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of sophisticated collaboration and intranet solutions on Microsoft 365
Consulting customers at specialist and decision-making levels
Conducting and moderating workshops with users and decision-makers
Responsibility for projects from proposal creation through requirements analysis to implementation and introduction
Supporting customers in the introduction of new communication and collaboration solutions
Professional support and knowledge exchange within the team
Contributing to the further development of the service portfolio
Supporting transformation, collaboration, and communication projects at local and international large companies
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in consulting and implementation
Sound knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Viva
Deep understanding of modern work, governance, adoption, and information architecture
Experience in consulting and leading agile projects
Confident appearance at customer and decision-making levels
Extensive experience in change management and transformation
Strong communication and moderation skills
Languages
Very good German skills
Good English skills
