Role:
Varied technology instead of one-sided specialisation: You want to understand how networks, communication systems, servers and cloud services interact and ensure that the entire IT runs reliably? You are looking for a task where you master both operational challenges and actively drive technical changes? Here you will manage a versatile system landscape, bring together different components and ensure a secure and efficient IT operation with your know-how.
Responsibilities:
Ensure IT operation: You monitor and administer various infrastructure components, detect faults early and ensure high availability of IT services.
Develop network and communication solutions: You manage switches, routers, firewalls and WLAN environments and support the administration and optimisation of VoIP and telephony solutions.
Administer systems and cloud services: You take care of server and virtualisation environments as well as cloud-based services and ensure they function reliably and securely.
Support changes and projects: You plan and implement technical adjustments, updates and migrations and assist in the introduction of new solutions and technologies.
Increase quality and efficiency: You analyse recurring problems, improve operational processes, maintain technical documentation and implement automation and security measures where they create real added value.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or a comparable qualification and have already gained practical experience in operating and supporting IT systems.
You possess broad technical understanding and are familiar with several of the following areas: networks, firewalling, Windows Server, virtualisation, VoIP, Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructures.
You enjoy troubleshooting and can systematically narrow down errors, recognise technical contexts and implement practical solutions.
You work in a structured, responsible and customer-oriented manner. Even with several parallel tasks, you keep an overview and set the right priorities.
You are curious about new technologies, enjoy exchanging ideas with other professionals and actively contribute to the further development of the IT environment.
Your perspective: You gain insight into a wide range of modern IT technologies and can deepen your skills in various infrastructure disciplines. Whether network, communication, classic system technology or cloud – you develop broadly in your field and actively shape a reliable IT operation.
