For our client, an established company in the field of technical building equipment and automation, we are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented individual as Project Manager Building Automation (m/f).
The company implements modern automation solutions for demanding building technology projects, combining control, regulation, and automation technology. In this position, you will play a central role in the planning, implementation, and commissioning of projects and maintain close communication with customers, specialist planners, and other involved trades.
- Development and implementation of automation solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as well as for room automation.
- Project planning and programming of control and regulation systems.
- Execution of commissioning and functional tests of the implemented systems.
- Coordination of the various involved specialist areas and close collaboration with the trades of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary, and electrical.
- Responsibility for the technical, scheduling, and organisational implementation of the projects.
- Monitoring of economic project goals and assuming commercial responsibility.
- Direct support and advice to customers throughout the entire project process.
- Close cooperation with sales in supporting existing customers as well as developing new projects.
- Development of practical solutions for technical and project-specific issues.
- Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
- Several years of practical experience in building automation.
- Good knowledge in at least several areas of technical building equipment, especially heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical.
- Alternatively, solid experience in industrial or process automation.
- Experience in programming and commissioning automated systems.
- Good technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of independent project management.
- Resilience and sense of responsibility.
- Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of working with different specialist areas.
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
- A varied activity with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, or automation.- Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
- Several years of practical experience in building automation.
