Setter / CNC Milling Operator

Your tasks

• Ensure the setting and start-up of 3 to 5-axis CNC machining centres.
• Load programmes and make necessary corrections during production.
• Launch and monitor production series in accordance with quality and productivity objectives.
• Perform tool changes and ensure their monitoring.
• Carry out dimensional and visual checks using conventional measuring instruments.
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to plans and manufacturing processes.
• Complete production tracking and traceability documents.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment.
• Strictly comply with quality, safety, and environmental instructions.

Profile sought

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Mastery of reading technical plans and control tools.
• Good knowledge of machining processes and cutting parameters.
• Experience in the watchmaking, medical, or precision mechanics fields is an asset.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and quality-oriented person.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work night shifts.
