Technical Clerk / Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Comprehensive commercial and technical processing of international customer orders in internal sales, from spare parts to complex machine overhauls
• Competent advice and support of worldwide customers on technical concerns and enquiries
• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of quotations
• Close cooperation and technical coordination with internal specialist departments
  Ensuring a high-quality, punctual and solution-oriented order processing

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training in mechanical engineering (e.g. polymechanic, designer, electromechanic)
• Commercial further training (e.g. technical clerk) or solid commercial professional experience in internal sales / customer service
• Established professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering
• Confident German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form (French is a valuable plus)
• Precise, structured working method as well as a mature, reliable personality who values responsibility and trust
