Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
You process export orders together with a team colleague.
Coordination with freight forwarders and internal logistics departments is part of your daily routine.
As a contact person, you respond to enquiries from customers and external parties.
You coordinate shipping processes in collaboration with sales.
You contribute your experience from export processing to internal projects.
You independently handle administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
You resolve discrepancies in processes with the responsible departments.
You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and proper documentation.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education or practical experience in order processing.
Knowledge of export business facilitates your entry.
You understand logistical processes and identify possible process improvements.
You are confident in using MS Office.
You are characterised by an independent working style and good organisation.
You think in a networked way, work carefully, and keep an overview even with a higher workload.
You have oral and written proficiency in German and English.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
