Analysis of customer requirements and creation of technical concepts for individual IT solutions
Independent as well as team-oriented implementation and configuration of IT solutions
Creation and development of customer offers based on technical requirements
Planning and execution of smaller IT projects including coordination of implementation
Processing of helpdesk tickets, technical support as well as occasional on-site assignments
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
Good knowledge in the VMware environment and virtualisation
Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting and analysis of technical requirements
Very good German language skills as well as pronounced communication and customer orientation
