What you achieve

• You actively support the field service throughout the entire sales process and thus contribute significantly to our shared success.
• As a central contact person, you answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, occupational pension schemes (BVG), as well as pension and asset solutions.
• You look after our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with high expertise and commitment.
• With a sense for individual needs, you develop holistic, tailor-made concepts that optimally combine risk, provision, and assets.
• Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion.
• You accompany our apprentices in their professional daily routine and specifically promote their professional and personal development.

What you bring

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with a multi-sector insurer.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of pension provision and ideally also asset solutions.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation.
• Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for developing individual customer solutions.
• Efficient, solution-oriented collaboration with the field service and the relevant specialist departments.
