M365 System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Collaboration services and identity management today form the backbone of cooperation. This is exactly where your focus lies. You operate the M365 infrastructure as well as the hybrid Active Directory environment and further develop both. You identify vulnerabilities early and consistently reduce them. You independently carry out migrations and projects and document your work comprehensibly.
Responsibilities:
You operate and further develop the Microsoft 365 infrastructure as well as the hybrid Active Directory environment
You monitor vulnerabilities within your area of responsibility and actively reduce them
You assist in creating technical concepts and system overviews and document your work
You analyse technical problems and handle tickets in 2nd/3rd-level support
You independently carry out migrations and projects
Additionally, you take on on-call duties and work across teams
Qualifications:
You have a professional education in computer science or a comparable qualification
You bring solid knowledge in one or more areas: Microsoft 365 with a focus on collaboration, M365 backup solutions, Entra ID, PowerShell automation or virtualisation
You are willing to build know-how in the other subject areas
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a highly available system environment; certifications are an advantage
You work independently, with quality and security awareness
You communicate very well in German and well in English
