IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support of customer environments on site or as a managed service in the data centre
Independent planning and implementation of smaller projects from the offer to acceptance as well as active participation in larger project teams
Creation and maintenance of user manuals, system documentation and knowledge databases
Participation in support as well as assistance in the operation and maintenance of the internal data centres
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as well as basic knowledge in client hardware and backup solutions (HP, HPE, Fujitsu, Terra, Veeam)
Good knowledge of the Microsoft server and client environment, especially Windows Server, Windows 10, Active Directory, GPOs and WSUS
Initial experience with virtualisation and network technologies such as Hyper-V, Sophos, Aruba and UniFi
Practical knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security as well as Citrix or Microsoft RDS is an advantage
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
