Your tasks with the new employer:

• You bear overall financial responsibility, ensure liquidity and result quality, and steer the sustainable economic development of the hospital operation
• As a member of the executive management, you act as a sparring partner for the CEO and the supervisory board and translate financial analyses into clear strategic decision-making bases
• You combine the leadership of five direct reports and the management of the finance, infrastructure, services, and IT departments with high operational reliability
• Across departments, you drive transformation and digitalisation projects forward and create sound decision-making bases with HOSPIC and the HC BI Tool

You offer your new employer:

• A completed higher business administration education with a focus on finance and accounting, controlling, or health economics forms your professional basis
• Knowledge of HOSPIC, HC BI Tool, and REKOLE is advantageous
• Several years of experience as a CFO and proven practice in a hospital or healthcare are essential
