Role:
For a versatile position in the area of export and international transport handling, an independent personality is sought. You coordinate worldwide shipments, ensure correct export and customs processing and work closely with freight forwarders and other external partners. The focus is on reliable shipping organisation and timely processing of international customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Organisation of international transports by road, sea and air freight
Creation and processing of export, customs and shipping documents
Obtaining and comparing transport offers as well as awarding transport contracts
Monitoring delivery and transport deadlines
Handling worldwide courier and parcel shipments
Checking and processing transport cost invoices
Maintaining relevant customer and order data
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with professional experience in export, shipping or international order processing
Further training as an export/foreign trade clerk is an advantage
Experience in working with freight forwarders and international transport service providers
Knowledge of export and customs formalities as well as international shipping processes
Good English skills; very good German skills
Independent, precise and structured way of working
Communicative and resilient personality with good organisational talent
