Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual to support the finance team in the daily handling of various accounting processes. You will independently take on defined areas of responsibility and ensure careful and timely processing of the business transactions that arise. In exchange with various contacts, you contribute to a smooth workflow in the finance department.
Responsibilities:
You process goods invoices in accounts payable and ensure correct allocation and posting
You take on general ledger postings and perform the associated controls and reconciliations
You prepare the necessary payment runs and ensure timely execution
You handle accounts payable reminders, clarify open issues and ensure prompt processing
You respond to customer enquiries in writing and by phone and support various matters related to financial accounting
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a solid understanding of financial processes
Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP
You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French or Italian is an additional advantage
