Spare Parts Administrator

An established technical provider in the field of construction machinery and conveyor technology is looking to strengthen its family-like team in the Bern region. You act as an important interface between customers and suppliers and ensure first-class technical support. The workplace is in the Bern region.

Job title: Specialist in Spare Parts Consulting & Customer Support (80–100%)

Main tasks:

• Consulting and supporting customers with technical enquiries

• Hub function and communication between customers and suppliers

• Processing spare parts orders and commercial processes

• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Technical basic training with a commercial flair or commercial training with a technical affinity

• Good language skills in German and French (at least B2 level)

• Resilience, strong communication skills and high service orientation

• Structured, independent and reliable way of working

• Further training as Technoslow / Technical Salesperson or experience with construction machinery/forklifts (advantageous)
