Consultant for AI Solutions (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into the world of enterprise and IT service management and apply artificial intelligence precisely where it creates real added value for business processes. You take on the central interface function between the business department and IT, analyse and structure complex processes and translate them into sustainable technical solutions. You are responsible for holistic consulting from requirements gathering through conception to implementation, always keeping the process and business perspective in view. You continuously develop and refine your methodological consulting skills and actively bring your interest in AI into challenging business software projects. In this way, you directly shape the practical use of modern AI technologies and influence future-proof service management and automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You conduct design and configuration workshops with customers, analyse business processes and systematically gather requirements.
- In this role, you design complex, process-oriented solution architectures based on the collected customer requirements.
- You create well-founded effort estimates, define work packages, plan projects together with service delivery managers and independently lead smaller projects.
- In this role, you coordinate the project team, take on technical leadership, plan integration tests and conduct them for quality assurance.
- You document customer and project information in a structured manner, keep it up to date and conduct training sessions for sustainable knowledge transfer to the customer.
- As a consultant for AI business solutions, you take on specialist responsibility in your area, support the training and mentoring of consultants and continuously develop your AI and consulting expertise.
Qualifications:
You have a degree at the HF, FH or university level in business informatics or a comparable field.
You have a solid understanding of business processes and experience in their analysis, modelling and optimisation, ideally with BPMN.
You possess strong methodological consulting skills and guide customers in a structured way through complex issues to viable solutions.
You are familiar with IT service management, ideally with an ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and have initial experience in project management (e.g. HERMES Foundation).
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and consistently meet agreed tasks and work packages.
You handle critical situations and escalations confidently, excel in stakeholder management and gladly take on technical leadership, especially in the context of artificial intelligence in the business software environment.
You speak fluent German.
