Would you like to advance your career as a Property Manager with one of our partners? In this central role, you are responsible for the comprehensive management and care of our diverse properties. Responsibilities:
You independently manage a wide range of residential and commercial properties and ensure their smooth operation
You are the main contact person for tenants and owners, resolving enquiries and coordinating solutions efficiently
You plan and monitor maintenance measures and renovation projects to ensure property quality
You prepare and review rental contracts according to legal requirements and ensure transparent billing of ancillary costs
You monitor rent payments and ensure the timely preparation of service charge statements
You organise viewings and assist with new lettings to maximise the occupancy rate of the properties
You proactively support marketing activities to increase the attractiveness and marketing of our properties
Qualifications:
You have completed training in property management or a comparable qualification
You bring practical experience in property management and customer contact
You possess sound knowledge of tenancy law and property management
You are communicative, team-oriented and convince through your service-oriented working style
You have a confident command of the German language, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
