• You look after both existing and new customers and advise them individually and according to their needs
• You enjoy winning and inspiring new customers
• You develop a trusting relationship with the customers
• Active sales and advice on health insurance products
• You prepare offers, conduct telephone calls and handle administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship in retail
• First experience in sales is an advantage
• Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
• Enthusiasm for direct customer contact and an open, communicative personality
• Independent working style and the ability to motivate yourself to top performance
• Talent for explaining complex products simply and understandably
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
