Head of Finance & Accounting D/E 80-100%

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the accounting of several Swiss companies
• Management of the general ledgers and ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Technical and personnel leadership of the accounting team as well as close collaboration with controlling
• Participation in group consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Active involvement in the implementation of a new ERP system and further development of accounting processes
• Contact person for auditors, tax authorities and banks
• Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management
• Further development of internal processes and controls (ICS)
• Close cooperation with management and the Group CFO as a competent sparring partner

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Solid education or further training in finance and accounting or similar
• Initial leadership experience is desirable
• Balance sheet expertise according to OR; knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Confident German and good English skills
• Affinity for the MS suite and ERP systems
• Agile, solution-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
