Project Management Energy Plant Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Our ROCKEN partner is the most innovative energy supply company for people in Eastern Switzerland. Their business areas include electricity generation, electricity and heat supply, a modern fibre optic network, and powerful internet, TV, and telephone services, as well as the promotion of e-mobility and renewable energies.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers and stakeholders
- Management and coordination of projects in the field of heat generation
- Planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Identifying optimisation opportunities and process improvements
- Documentation and reporting of project progress
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training in HVAC or as an electrical installer
- Further education at HF level or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge in the field of heat generation and power generation
- Proven project experience in energy generation or related fields
- Strong organisational skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
