The Federal Administrative Court (FAC), located in St. Gallen, handles appeals against decisions made by federal authorities. It rules as the final instance in most cases; among the rulings subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court, only a minority are challenged. The credibility enjoyed by the FAC’s case law is primarily due to excellent work quality and an appropriate duration of proceedings. To this end, the court offers its employees modern workstations, flexible hours and a trilingual environment.
