For one of our partners active in the healthcare sector, located near Lausanne, we are looking for a Payroll and Social Security Specialist at 80–100%, for a temporary assignment with a duration yet to be defined, and a quick start date.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You will manage payroll, social security, and time tracking for approximately 400 employees
• You will ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
• You will collaborate professionally and discreetly with various stakeholders, respecting confidentiality

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in payroll and social security management, as well as a good command of the legal framework
• You adapt easily to a matrix and changing environment, quickly assimilating information
• You are comfortable with Abacus software, as well as having good knowledge of Excel
