Tasks - What you will achieve:
- Project Management: You lead diverse, cross-departmental business and change projects - especially those related to digitalisation - from planning through implementation to success control.
- Coordination & Communication: You manage collaboration with internal specialist departments, IT and external partners and ensure transparent communication to all stakeholders.
- Change Management: You accompany organisational changes, plan and coordinate training sessions and ensure that new processes and solutions are understood and accepted by employees.
- Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer: You lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, promote knowledge exchange and support colleagues as a competent sparring partner.
Requirements - How you succeed:
- Education & Methodology: You have a university degree (FH/Uni) in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics or a comparable qualification - ideally complemented by a project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP or Scrum Master).
- Project Management in Banking: You bring several years of experience in managing demanding projects in banking - ideally with both agile methods (e.g. Scrum) and classic project management approaches (waterfall).
- Digitalisation Competence: You have experience with digitalisation projects and possess a good understanding of the interplay between banking processes and IT solutions. You can classify technical contexts and dependencies and translate requirements together with specialist departments and IT into practical solutions. Knowledge of the Finnova environment is an advantage.
- Communication & Social Competence: You communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience, convince through high social competence and know how to win different stakeholders and project teams for common goals.
- Personal Attributes: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, take responsibility and bring openness to new things as well as a high level of implementation strength.
