Role:
Do you combine technical know-how with a sense for efficient collaboration, clear structures, and secure information flows? Then take responsibility for the further development of a modern collaboration platform. You define standards, manage technical changes, and create an environment where information can be used in a structured, secure, and efficient manner.
Work location: Lucerne or Bern
Responsibilities:
Professional and technical responsibility for the SharePoint platform within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Definition of a long-term platform strategy including architecture, governance, and development planning
Building a scalable information architecture with clear standards for sites, metadata, document management, and navigation
Introduction and further development of governance models for permissions, external collaboration, naming conventions, and lifecycles
Management of platform changes, rollouts, migrations, and the introduction of new Microsoft 365 functionalities
Integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and other business applications
Design of automated business processes with Power Automate as well as evaluation of extensions with Power Apps
Ensuring appropriate concepts for data classification, retention, information protection, and compliance
Further development of operational processes, monitoring, incident management, and technical documentation
Automation of administrative tasks via PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
Coordination of external technology partners as well as alignment with IT operations, security, compliance, and business units
Development of standards, best practices, and guidelines for sustainable and secure platform use
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in administration, architecture, or further development of SharePoint Online
Very good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its core services
Experience with platform governance, information architecture, and permission models
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and modern security concepts is an advantage
Experience in automating administrative processes and ideally in development with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph
Understanding of cloud operations, service management, release processes, and technical dependencies
Ability to translate technical requirements into sustainable standards and practical solutions
Independent working style, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for continuous platform optimisation
