• You lead a sales team of customer advisors and manage your own customer base.
• You support your customers in both the private and SME sectors, acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
• You analyse the needs of your customers and develop tailored insurance solutions for them.
• You lead, coach and motivate your sales team of beginners and experts.
• In close coordination with the General Agent, you recruit new customer advisors.

• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector.
