Role:
For an established Swiss real estate company, we are looking for an experienced individual with solid STWEG expertise. You will develop the management of a growing portfolio from scratch, establish efficient processes, and take responsibility for owners' associations from the outset. In doing so, you combine professional property management with entrepreneurial thinking and digital advancement.
Responsibilities:
You professionally manage condominium owners' associations, prepare owners' meetings, lead them, and implement the resolutions
You coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation work
You are the central contact person for owners, service providers, craftsmen, caretakers, and authorities
You prepare budgets, reports, and accounts and monitor the economic development of the properties
You work closely with internal departments and continuously develop processes and digital solutions
Qualifications:
You hold the federal professional certificate as a property manager
You bring several years of experience in property management with solid expertise in condominium ownership
You have experience in preparing and leading STWEG meetings
You are digitally savvy and enjoy working with modern tools and systems
You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage
