Export / Import Clerk (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Export processing
- Participation in continuous process optimisation
- Preparation of forwarding and customs documents
- Handling sales complaints
- Issuing credit notes
- Collaboration with internal contacts
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training
Professional experience in export, further training as an export clerk is an advantage
Fluent German and good English skills
Proficient MS Office skills
Technical understanding with a careful and structured way of working
