• You independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties.
• You are responsible for the regular and extraordinary maintenance of your properties and ensure smooth operation.
• You negotiate new rental agreements as well as lease renewals, conclude these, and conduct inspections and handovers of the premises.
• You are responsible for preparing reports, planning and managing budgets, and ensuring correct accounting including service charge statements and transparent cost control.
• You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities, and impress with your professional communication – both written and verbal.

• Completed commercial basic training as well as a professional certificate in property management (or equivalent)
• Sound expertise in property management, especially in managing commercial properties
• Clear, binding, and customer-oriented communication with various stakeholders combined with a professional appearance
• Digital affinity as well as a structured, reliable working style with a high level of service and customer orientation
