- Conducting comprehensive inspections of wiring, including continuity tests, insulation and voltage tests
- Checking and commissioning electrical and electromechanical assemblies, taking into account hardware and software components
- Independently identifying and rectifying faults as well as performing static and dynamic commissioning of rail vehicles in close cooperation with the engineering and assembly departments
- Responsibility for precise documentation of the results from tests and measurements
- Participation in type tests of rail vehicles
- Preparation and support during factory acceptance tests in cooperation with customers
- Conducting test drives both at the factory and at customer sites
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics
- Experience in an industrial environment is positively regarded
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel
