TECHNICIAN / CIVIL ENGINEER - SITE MANAGEMENT & COST CONTROL (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in project analysis from the preliminary design phases.
• Study technical feasibility and identify execution constraints.
• Analyse plans, technical documents and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, architects and other contractors.

• Carry out measurements, financial estimates and quotations.
• Prepare tender dossiers and submissions.
• Analyse company offers and prepare comparative tables.
• Ensure budget monitoring, cost control and verification of statements.
• Identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective measures.

• Ensure technical monitoring and coordination of works on site.
• Participate in site and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with plans, SIA standards, deadlines and quality requirements.
• Anticipate and resolve technical issues encountered during execution.
• Participate in the acceptance of works and follow-up of any reservations.
• Write technical reports and monitoring documents.

Your Profile

• Higher education in civil engineering: ES/ET technician, HES engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within an engineering firm or construction company.
• Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, infrastructure and/or structures.
• Experience in site management, measurements, tenders and cost control.
• Good command of plan reading and Swiss standards, notably SIA.
• Proficient with common IT tools; knowledge of Messerli software is an asset.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
