Responsibilities:
You design the technical architecture of modern tactical network platforms and further develop their software base.
You break down customer requirements into clear technical specifications and contribute your ideas to interdisciplinary development teams.
You programme powerful components for Linux systems and combine network, embedded, and security functions.
You optimise data paths and communication mechanisms using technologies such as VPP, Netlink, and zero-copy methods.
You accompany your solutions from the initial analysis through prototypes and implementation to integration into the overall system.
Qualifications:
You have a degree or higher education in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
You have practical experience with C++, Linux, and network development at the system level.
You are familiar with routing, switching, IPv4/IPv6, and performance optimisation in software-based networks.
You are interested in embedded security, secure firmware, device identity, and system protection and want to develop further in these areas.
You work independently, precisely, and enjoy technical exchange; you have good English skills and a willingness to further improve your German.
